Don Lovett to retire as Market President after 40 years in banking.
DIXON, IL., – Sauk Valley Bank today has named Mary Oros as the Dixon Market President. Mary will succeed Don Lovett, who will be retiring from the organization after more than 40 years of distinguished service in banking, effective later this fall.
As Market President, Mary will continue the development of new and existing customer relationships by providing the Dixon community with additional resources to support economic growth.

Currently, Mary is serving a four-year term as a Councilwoman in Dixon, Il. Before partnering with Sauk Valley Bank, she served as the Business and Membership Coordinator for Dixon Chamber of Commerce and Main Street, leading regional initiatives that actively support local businesses, the area economy, and workforce development.
Mary is passionate about the community she serves. Her leadership skills and approachable nature lends well to the establishment of trusted business partners and positive relationships throughout the Sauk Valley Area. Mary was recently recognized for her work regarding Mental Health initiatives in collaboration with First Responders and was instrumental in the facilitation of the locally adopted Resiliency Program. She continues to speak on this topic and advocate for legislation changes at the state and local level.
